The Directgov service is available on Sky, Telewest, NTL and Freeview as well as on the Web. i-ZoneTV CORE and i-ZoneTV RESPONSE have been used to deploy and manage the hundreds of pages of information in the service. Producers utislise Tamblin’s easy-to-use tools to update and create new services within the Directgov site including a number of forms that viewers can use to communicate with, and request services of, various government departments.
